Printing variable data, aka "mail merges."

The data needs to be compiled into an Excel spreadsheet. [Download sample]. The more detailed columns you have, the more flexible your data will be for importing. For example, if you combine "City, State, and Zip Code" into one column, it will hinder the data separation. Consequently, the information will be displayed on a single line with the same font, color, and size.

Don't forget to include the color, font and placement of your variable data on the printed piece, if that is important to you.
